Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities

• 4 to 5 years’ experience in application development, and 2 to 3 years+ of Architecture/Design experience.
• Experience and working knowledge of Filenet P8 - setup, administration and use.
• Solid knowledge and expertise in Java and or .NET, Web Services, XML, DB (Oracle or other), Unix/Linux
• Experience with large complex systems in order to apply that knowledge at a strategic level, influencing technology solutions that match the goals and objectives of each line of business within PNC.
• Strong communications skills to effectively communicate at different levels of management.

Nice to have skills

• Quickly able to understand ECT services offered. - ECM Services, CMIS, Filenet
• Ability to review and understand MIS request around our services offered
• Ability to review needs around ECM/Filenet
• Ability to programmatically verify services.
• Ability to guide and understand best practices set by engineering
• Ability to guide support to get changes pushed from test to QA and to prod.
• Ability to guide MIS to fulfil security / change requests.
•  As an SME - Explain use of offering to MIS. ECM Services (PNC Developed Services), CMIS, Filenet
• As an SME - Guide MIS on how to consume services using sample code.
• As an SME - Review MIS code and make sure they are following proper coding standards.
• As an SME - Review test cases / test results.
• As an SME - Find gaps in MIS testing to protect infrastructure failures.
