Client, based in Omaha, NE, has an open position with a local client for a Citrix Administrator. This contract position is with an established company that has recently gone through significant organizational restructuring. The restructuring has provided significant opportunities for the right candidate to provide valuable assistance to the organization. The company is poised for significant growth and there is a possibility that this position could transition to full-time employment. The work environment is energetic and has an entrepreneurial feel to it while it has a long and stable track record. This will be a great contract for the right candidate.
The successful candidates will possess experience in the following key skills:
- Experience with 3 – 5 years Citrix Administration
- Must have at least 1 year of experience with Citrix 6.5
- Experience with Citrix 4.5 and 7.x would be helpful
- Experience building new apps to enable porting from current environment; experience with shared environment apps
- Administration experience to support existing application teams
- Administration experience to install new instances and to provide access to existing and new users based on company policy
- It is important that you play nicely with other team members and have demonstrated this skill in the past
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience requirements as well as real world experience and good communications skills
The best candidate will have the following experience:
- Citrix Receiver ability to explain the nuances of this tool
