Job Description:
Position- Adobe Analytics
Location – Seattle, WA
Duration- 12+ Months
The primary responsibility of the team is to develop & sustain Digital Analytics that is heavily used to track various data including clickstream, order, fulfillment and subscriber metrics. This role works directly with technical delivery teams across DE platform organization and our analyst teams to define the architecture and approach for tagging delivery across all Digital Experience platforms. This will require building SME knowledge of tagging tools established within our Digital platforms including Dynamic Tag Manager and Data Layers. This role will require leading changes to all critical 3rd party tags and internal scripts that are available within the web experience to collect data related to user interactions. This role will require driving code quality by leading code reviews, code releases, builds and performance tuning activities. This role own and build the tagging framework and code. Collaborates with other leads/SME’s across organization to explore existing systems, determines areas of complexity, potential risks to successfully implement, learns the applications platform capabilities. Work with Analysts to configure and deliver the required data within web analytics reporting tools. Communicates continually with the project teams and business clients – Explains the complex technical details using simple examples. Also able to track and provide regular updates on various project efforts. Owns success – Takes responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions.
Skills & Qualifications:
5 + Years of Highly skilled at front-end engineering using Object-Oriented JavaScript, various JavaScript libraries and micro frameworks (jQuery, Angular, etc), HTML5 and CSS
5 + Year of Web Analytics, Clickstream experience with implementing Web Analytics using Adobe Analytics, WebTrends, Google Analytics or any other web analytic tool
3 + Year of experience working with SQL data bases and Business Object reporting tools
5 + Experience delivering code in large complex Digital Experience development organizations is a must, including development of solutions for mobile and desktop experiences.
5 + SME knowledge developing and troubleshooting Java script code and Front End performance issues
10 + Well-versed in software engineering principles, frameworks and technologies
Some knowledge of Linux with apache httpd, PHP5 a plus
Excellent communication skills, Self-directed team player who thrives in a continually changing environment
